In 2008 Nayanna toured "Detours", Sheryl's sixth studio album. She also performed alongside Sheryl at the closing ceremony of the Democratic National Convention. Her second tour with Crow, "100 Miles from Memphis" was in 2011.While on tour with Sheryl, supporting acts have included Colbie Caillat, Jackson Browne and Kid Rock.
